The villa was very comfortable. It included a terrace and dressing spaces. The cleaning happened daily, and towels were changed regularly. BOTTLE water and shampoo were provided.
The gym is small. It has limited equipment. This made it hard to consider it a real fitness facility.

The main restaurant served international and Tunisian food. There were several entrances for main courses and desserts. Vegetables, tajines, and couscous were available, along with fresh fish and fruits.

Access to the beach takes only a few minutes. Walking along the beach was nice. The resort provided secured access through the main entrance and a side beach entrance.

The staff was AMAZING and helpful . They helped me in every way possible. All staff members were polite and spoke to me, especially to my daughter. This.

The resort features a fitness room, which I enjoyed. There are three pools, with one supervised from morning to end of day. The ground and corridors were very clean .

the food selection had a excellent variety. i especially liked the eastern dishes. there were multiple pools available. they suited both adults and children, good.
the gym is small and equipment is limited. it hardly meets expectations for a proper fitness facility.

i found the food excellent with fresh fish daily! there was a tunisian selection and plenty of salads available. adel and mourad looked after us so well, they were quick and attentive. also, mourad arranged a fabulous private day trip for me and my mother!

The staff welcomed us with warmth. The team is friendly, professional and always ready to assist. The food was amazing, also the dining experience exceeded my expectations. I had a special day trip with three stops arranged by Mourad. It included Sidi Bou Said, Carthage, and Tunis, and it was good value for the price.
The artificial politeness was present, though I think that is a cultural thing, I wanted what I booked

Our Family Suite included comfortable bedding and a separate living area. The room was well-decorated, spacious, and suitable for my family. The connecting room I requested was provided with no problems. I am grateful.

The hotel location provided convenient access to nearby attractions. A short 15-minute ride got us to Hammamet. It was easy to travel to the city. I also liked that the beautiful beach offered a great area for swimming.

The manager Slimani Khaled was a kind person. I appreciated his hospitality. The reception staff also offered wonderful attention and service, they made our vacation happy. I listened to the staff here.

The resort offers a diverse selection of Eastern and Western dishes. I had many options. The daily variety of dishes, fruits, sweets, juices, and ice cream pleased the children. It was very creative.
